WE REDUCE THE BURDEN OF THE VEHICLES EMI OF THE VEHICLES OWNERS, WE PROVIDE THEM BOOKING HOURLY/DAILY & MONTHLY BY THEIR CHOICE.

DOCUMENTATION FOR KYC :

• Aadhar card,
• Driving license,
• Pan card,
• Local address proof like electricity bill or gas bill or rental agreement, Non local ( air ticket, Railway Ticket, Hotel Reservation details) etc.

SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR NON LOCALS & LOCALS:

• ₹10000/ 5 Seater, 20000 / 8 Seater Cars for Roaming in Hyderabad for outstation 5seater 20000 or 8 seater 30000.
• Latest 2years old Laptop with bill
• Original Passport/ one Blank cheque

Note :Refundable deposit amount. Who don't want to keep their two wheeler along with Original RC.

ANY ONE IN THIS :

• TWO WHEELER BIKE SHOULD ABOVE 2016 WITH ORIGINAL RC.
• ORIGINAL PASSPORT WITH SECURITY AMOUNT AS PER CAR SEATER & ONE BLANK CHEQUE.
• LATEST LAPTOP 2YEARS OLD WITH BILL

Note :We Verify your Profile by checking your Documents if something found fabricated or untrusted will not provide you Car and your Rent will not be Refunded, You will get your deposit as per the deposit duration. Confirm booking in advance by paying a ADVANCED AMOUNT.

Note :

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT:

Refundable deposit is paid after Your Ride by Checking vehicle history fast tag tolls and traffic challans if ALSO For Monthly Booking.

BOOKING FOR MONTHLY :

Refundable deposit, 1 months advance and running month rental amount should be paid at the time of taking the vehicle.

ACCIDENTS & DAMAGES :

• WILL CLAIM INSURANCE 1LAKH ABOVE ONLY. Less than you have to bare All the Damage Cost with Duration of Rent.
• YOU CAN CLAIM INSURANCE & SHOULD TO PROCESS BY GIVING YOUR DL AND GET THE FIR / PUNCHNAMA & DAMAGE ESTIMATION BY RTA TO CLAIM INSURANCE & TOTAL LOSS CLAIM.
• NOTE ONCES INSURANCE GET CLAIM IT WILL NOT CLAIM AGAIN TILL 45 TO 60DAYS,
• You have to Pay daily Rent till the car repair and Returned to us.
• YOU HAVE TO VISIT MULTIPLE TIMES TO POLICE STATION / SERVICE STATION AND INSURANCE COMPANY UNTILL THE CLAIM HAS BEEN PROCESSED.
• YOU HAVE TO BARE ALL THE EXPENSES CAR RENTAL & DRIVEIT HOST WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANYTHING.
• ONCES THE CAR GET REPAIRED WILL REALISE YOUR BIKE / PASSPORT / BLANK CHEQUE.
• NOTE DAMAGE AMOUNT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED & SECURITY AMOUNT WILL BE ADJUSTED.
• INSURANCE COMPANY WONT GIVE YOU 100% OF DAMAGE WHATEVER THE BALANCE AMOUNT OF DAMAGE ESTIMATION YOU HAVE TO PAY AND GET THE CAR.

KILOMETER PACKAGES :

Onces certain package taken will not be changed 200/500/UNLIMITED.

LOCAL UNLIMITED KILOMETER RADIUS :

UNDER THE OUTER RING ROAD IF YOU CROSS THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA KILOMETER AMOUNT AS PER THE CAR SEATER ( SHOULD INFORM BEFORE CROSSING OR NOT INFORMED LEEDS TO TERMINATION BY TURNING OFF THE IGNATION)

EXTENSION OF CAR & LATE FEES TERMS & CONDITION :

• After the Rent duration Time End the Engine Will Turn Off Automatically.
• If Extension of Car Should Inform before 4Hours or if you thought to not reach on Time because of Traffic.
• RENT SHOULD BE PAID BEFORE 4HOURS OR ELSE YOU WILL GET PENALTY OF RENT+ 10% PANELTY.
• IF YOU CROSS THE TIME OF PAYMENT WILL LEED TO TERMINATION SHOULD TO FACE LEGAL ACTION. VEHICLE WILL BE TAKEN FROM THE LOCATION WITH THE HELP OF POLICE.
• YOU SHOULD HAVE TO PAY THE ALL EXPENSES OF CAR TAKING FROM THE LOCATION AND CAR KEYS CHARGES.
• Extra hour for 5/8 Seater 300/400 hour will be maximum for 4hours if exceed 4hours Rent will be added of 24hours amount.
• Extra KMS 5seaters 9 Rupees 8 Seaters 14 Rupees.

CANCELLATION BOOKING :

*BOOKED THE CAR AFTER 12HRS OF TIME WONT GET REFUND. BEFORE THAT 50% OF AMOUNT WILL REFUNDED.

TERMS & CONDITION :

*I accept the following terms and conditions and take the vehicle for rent with self drive and I am liable for any damages, theft, police charges, criminal charges, etc. DRIVEIT HOST has every right to proceed legal ACTION. *I have taken the video and pictures of the vehicle before hiring. I will handover the vehicle in the same condition. *I agree kilometers and Hours will be calculated from garage to garage. *I agree car fuel level/range should be checked and handed over at the same fuel level. *I agree to pay minimum Rs 500 to Rs 1000 for pickup or drop car at my location. I agree speed is limited as per the limit specified by the RTA local jurisdiction. However, the maximum speed limit is 80km/hour is allowed and exceeding shall void the insurance claim benefits and will attract a penalty of Rs 500 per violation. *I agree that toll, parking ,interstate permit etc. not included in the above cost has to pay extra as applicable. *I agree that I will pay all Govt traffic violation challans during my trip. *I agree drunken driving, smoking and gutka is strictly prohibited while driving the car and will be penalized for Rs 5000 if found. *I agree I am liable and responsible for any unauthorized activities like mortgages and illegal activities like drug supply, crimes,etc during the hire and responsible for the police case completely and handover the car safely to the company. *I agree If the vehicle is damaged, firstly the information should be passed to the DRIVEIT HOST and can get it fixed or repaired at the authorized showroom only and can return the car in original condition. *I agree that I will be liable for the full cost of damage to the vehicle + miscellaneous expenses arising out of the damages caused by wrong fuelling. *I agree to take care of belongings before handing over the car and company is not responsible for my belongings in car or office. *I agree to do a video call and share live location any time if required from the DRIVRIT HOST. *I agree all rentals should be paid in advance and delay in payment shall attract a penalty of 10% per day for the pending payable amount. *I agree that I should inform the DRIVEIT HOST about the route or place I will be travelling. If driving to a different route or area will lead to termination of deposit and shall lead to legal escalations. *I agree any extension or delay should be Informed. Washing & Sanitized Cars * Will give you washed & Sanitized Car, If you Give the Same will not charge you or Else for 5seater 500 Rupees 8seater 800 Rupees. NOTE : DRIVEIT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING BETWEEN YOU. DRIVEIT WILL ONLY PROVIDE YOU THE PLATFORM FOR BOTH REQUIRMENT. DRIVEIT WILL NOT ASSIST IF SOMETHING HAPPEND.
